of kiasu and two bottles of free beer...

Sometimes I feel bad also because I don’t write about our baby boy as much as I want to. Hope when he reads this he is in a good mood :D. Anyway, today we went for our appointment with Dr Tan again. This time we are as kiasu as kiasu can be J. We were already at the clinic at 8.15am (doctor only comes at 9am). Well we have good reasons. For the last appointment, we have to go to the clinic 3 times before be get to see Dr tan. First time was the actual appointment date but by the time we went the list was already full for the day (and it’s only 9.20am) so we went back on the next Saturday, but Dr Tan was not in for the day L. Eventually Wifey went by herself on a Monday.
So this time I think ok laaa to be a bit kiasu…

Anyway, according to dr tan, we are progressing well. This time he tried to taka a 4D photo of our boy, but ah boy was being shy and closed his face with his arm. So dr tan turn to the other ‘head’ and we were given the full view of ah boy’s pee pee. He even printed a photo for us :D. I think I will keep that photo in a safe place so that I can use it as blackmail material in case ah boy is naughty in the future.

Oh ya, on a separate note. This week must have been some lucky week for me. First, I won an ipod shuffle in Friday in some function at work, then later took wife and ah fie to Friday’s for dinner (to smoothen some bad news wifey had at work J) and won 2 beers in some toss up promotion thing. I wonder where can buy lottery ah :D.

of long silence and hoping we did not pissed someone off...

Wah.... so long never ost liao and so much has happened.
I also skipped one post on our 2nd visit to Dr Tan. I hope out baby number 2 don't get pissed off with us for not putting much updates.
Anyway, our second visit to Dr Tan on Jan 2nd was a relatively pleasant one. This time we did not bring Ah Fie along because we were not sure if she can tahan the long wait (usually about 1 hour only la). This time we can see the baby a bit more clearly liao. And Dr Tan even show us the heart beating. I think he got a newer and more sophisticated scanning thing. He even let us hear the baby's heartbeat. which is really cool.

Then Yesterday was the third visit. We got to the clinic at 9.30am but Dr tan was not in. He had to attend to an emergency at the hospital. But that time we were 10+ in the que liao. But we came prepared. We brought newspaper and psp to kill time so the wait was not that bad. anyway, we got to see him only at around 12.30pm. Sometimes, i feel pity too for doctors because Dr Tan said he had top attend to an emergency C-section at 3am that day and just admitted 2 mothers. anyeay, back to baby. This time can see clearly the head, arms and legs. I gues number 2 is not shy like ah fie. According to Dr Tan, things look fine and no problems. so off we go.

actually sometimes i feel bad also. when wifey was pregnant with ah fie, it seems like our world revolves around wiifey's tummy. but this time around, somehow it seems a bit different. I guess it must be the first time thingy.
