of recipe and cross stitch...

One of wifey's hobby is doing cross stitch. She's pretty good at it too and have done quite a few. I think it's a pretty good hobby but it does really takes time to really do a good one. Most of the designs that she had done are teddy bears but recently (actually not too recent la) she have caught on to a series designed by micheal powell.

Doing cross stitch is a very tedious and time consuming. On top of that the time spent stitching also takes it's toll on the wrists and back. So i really admire wifey's dedication to this hobby of hers. Maybe i'll do a blog one of these days on the cross stitching process.

Here's one of her teddy bear design. I'll try to post some of her micheal powell's designs when i get some good photos of them.

The other thing about cross stitching in Penang is that not many folks do that and that means that it is a bit hard to get good designs. So, it think it'll be a good idea is those who are doing cross stitching to group up to share this mutual interest.
