of adjustments and shopping...

We are crossing another milestone today. Sue Yi will begin her first day at the babysitter today. We made the decision earlier to get the babysitter begin to take care of Sue Yi before wifey goes back to work so that if Sue Yi have any adjustment problems, wifey can be around to ease her transition. Since the baby sitter also agree to it, we packed some of her things and move them over to the baby sitter’s place last night.
I went back during lunchtime to check and wifey told me that she passed Sue Yi over this morning while she was sleeping. She said that she did not hear Sue Yi cry since then. I guess that is a good sign but I think still too early to tell.
With Sue Yi under the babysitter’s care, I suggested that wifey to do the shopping for some of the stuff needed by the baby sitter. In a way, this will give her a chance to go out for walk see as she has been cooped in confinement and taking care of Sue Yi for the past month.
She seem so excited to go out. Even all dressed up and ready to go when I went home just now. Let’s just hope that she don’t get too caught up in the shopping and forgot to come home!
